Mile Repeats Anyone?? -Run 1 mile at your 5K or 10K pace -Recovery should be half the time of the interval (you should still be jogging or walking....keep moving) -Repeat 3-6x (Gradually build it up on your workout program....so start with 3 solid mile repeats) -Finish with a 10 min cool down which includes some static stretching in order to prevent tightness in the muscles. This workout is meant to take you out of your comfort zone, but the good news is that...it will teach you how to run more efficiently so you can feel amazing come race day!
