NDTV reported the militants were dressed in army uniforms and entered the Hiranagar police station, after which they started firing indiscriminately. The same group of militants then hijacked a vehicle and escaped to the neighbouring Samba district where they attacked an army instalment, the channel reported. A gun battle is now in Samba. Details are emerging.
