Mille Fleurs to be restored, Cabinet approves $46 million CABINET has approved $46 million to fund restorative works at one of the country’s oldest, most historic homes, the Mille Fleurs. The Mille Fleurs is one of the Magnificent Seven buildings around the Queens Park Savannah in Port-of-Spain. It is also known as the Prada house. National Diversity Minister Clifton De Coteau, however, could not say exactly when work would begin on restoring the other buildings comprising the Magnificent Seven, but stressed that Mille Fluers deserves urgent attention.
