Mimi Update Day 2....thank you friends for your lovely thoughts for Mimi and her humans. She is stable but still very sick. Laura Bender and I spent all day with her and she received wonderful care from both the emergency vet clinic and North Hobart. After exhaustive tests it appears the issue is just spontaneous and nothing could have prevented it. If she can keep her blood count up she will get through. The next few days will tell and her new blood from the wonderful donors is fighting back. Easter bunny will be safe this year it seems but with any luck he had better watch out next year!! Give your family fur babies a special pat tonight....xxx
