Mindset Fitness Weekly Recipe 👊🙈✅ Roast chicken, roast vegetables and salad! 😊 Get value for money and for calories!! This super easy and great meal is full of goodness. It has everything a meal should have- Protein ( chicken ) Carbohydrates ( roast vegetables ) Fibre ( salad ) Fats (olive oil) 💯✅ A meal should have colour and variety. Recipe: .Chop up the Vegetables into bit size pieces, put olive oil over and put into the oven for 40 minutes at 200C . Make small cuts into the chicken breast and place garlic cloves inside. Flavour with spices, make sure flavouring doesnt have a lot of sugar. Put in oven for 40 minutes at 200C Once its ready make your salad with lettuce, cucumber, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Then your ready to eat!! Yum😊 Make sure your meals have flavours, it makes a huge difference! 👍 Very proud of my little brother, teaching him to cook and starting to train him!
