Miss Angel has two very special #Hugginz blankets ready to go onto the mail tomorrow. These blankets are for 2 babies, Sawyer and Evanna, who are each facing big medical battles. These girls also happen to be cousins. Amazingly, they are also cousins with beautiful Sami whom Angel made a Hugginz blanket for last year. Baby Evannas mom made one special request; could the blankets have some small similarity to reflect the bond between the girls. And so we went to work choosing fabric pieces to tie their blankets together but also give them materials that reflect things important to their families. Evannas blanket has pretty dolls on the front and cats on the back because she has a cat. Sawyers blanket has Sisters Forever with Anna & Elsa on the top because she has an older sister and because her sister loves the movie Frozen. The back of Sawyers blanket has dogs on it because she has a Jack Russell. Both blankets have matching trims and matching flowered pockets with butterflies. And both babies are getting matching puppy stuffies. And then we amazingly found a way to tie Samis Hugginz blanket in as well. Angel sewed each baby a mini travel pillow made from the same fabrics used on Samis Hugginz blanket. We love how the blankets reflect the love shared between all 3 of these special girls.
