Missing person Ronald Eldon Bartlett was located this morning in Kent Washington. Bartlett called his wife collect from a pay phone and was then assisted by a restaurant employee, and a gas station clerk. They contacted Kent Police Department and officers made arrangements to return Bartlett to his family. We would like to thank the media for their assistance on this case.
