Mmmmm...maybe this crazy company I work for is on to something! ;) Over 50% of the biggest workout trends in 2014 are fitness programs offered by Beachbody! #whatwhattttt I will always stand by this company, because it offers clean eating and being active as a sustainable weight loss option. No pills, wraps, potions, crazy diets, chemicals, wishful thinking, magic, etc. Just good old fashioned getting off your ass and having a structured fitness/nutrition program to get you there.
