I’ve assessed publicly available information about the umbrella of two republic citizenships that native born American’s live under. In doing that I identified a glaring void in educational materials on citizens’ privileges, immunities, benefits and choices or options in this regard. This is an enormous public matter, perhaps the ultimate public concern. Understanding our double-doubled citizenships is deserving of a user friendly, translated overview for professionals and lay alike. I’ve undertaken that task. Being directly linked with our United States’ Navy, your husband, Mr. Kevin Lundgren, has a vested interest in this field. Command Master Chief at EODMU ELEVEN As a preview, there are “Two by Two” American Citizenships: two in federal district courts and two in county state courts. The two groupings of citizens are slightly different in federal and state court. Both, however, center on classifying native born Americans as either “real persons” who provide “services” or “artificial corporate goods or wares under the UCC. Federal District’s two citizenship groups: 1) the “real person” citizen, subject to Article III common law; and 2) UCC’s “all capitalized name citizens” are subject to statutory laws without regard to constitutional privileges, immunities and limits. County-state court’s two citizenships groups: 1) the “real person service provider” citizen, subject only to county-state’s “reserved powers” under the 10th Amendment; and 2) the UCC human-good citizen, subject to “Penal Code” and other inferior statutes. As applied to “Native Born Americans”, both the county-state and federal usage of the all capitalized name citizenship (a foreign jurisdiction) is “off the reservation”.
