Modern America. Where the right to trial is meaningless and citizens are assumed to be guilty until proven innocent. Where its citizens are considered to be enemy combatants and the government wants rules of war to be applied to its citizens. To the government – we are the enemy. Laws are being passed without due process. US citizens are being killed without due process. We mean nothing to the government. Were just a cash cow to be lorded over. The government is prepared to fight a war against its own citizens. They already have plans in the book for mass gun confiscation. We are not far from a fully totalitarian government. Worst case, Im a conspiracy nut and nothing bad happens. Best case, we completely change this nation and move it back towards its roots of individual rights. If you disagree with me, call me. I will go over point by point with many many sources on how the government is doing everything it can to move into a totalitarian government. Most of this stuff isnt even hidden. Most of this stuff simply isnt talked about by the mainstream media. Were already in a police state. Theyre trying to also become a nanny state. Next step, totalitarian government. Individual rights mean nothing to those in power. (before you start bringing up small arguments, I am aware that not every single politician and government official is like this. But the vast majority of those in power have built this system in such a way that we mean nothing)
