Cedar Rapids police have issued an Operation Quickfind for 16-year-old Bailey Kuba, who is autistic. She was last seen Friday at 8:30 p.m. on A Avenue Northwest. Bailey is 5 foot 4 inches tall, weighs 144 pounds, has hazel eyes and blonde hair with blue, pink and purple streaks. Call Cedar Rapids police if you know where Bailey is.
