My mum has a 5 month old chihuahua/yorkie, he completely refuses to walk on his lead, and hates having his harness or collar on, mum has been perservering with him and tempting him with treats, but its not working, and he seems to be terrified now when she goes to get his harness or lead out, and when she does get it on him, he just sits and shakes, she is so worried that she is gonna traumatise him, and advice.
