Mommies, please advice. I deliver via c-section 8 days ago. Tried dl since 2nd day after delivery but no milk coming out. Breast started engorge on 4th day and milk started to leak abit like sweat. Tried dl every day to stimulate milk flow but baby end up crying bcoz no steady flow. By the 5th day, breast is in pain and i tried pumping it out using electric pump. Few drops of milk came out with blood as one nipple bruise frm the pumping. Now both breast is still painfully hard & sore. Tried getting the milk out with hands, milk flow is coming out like sweat. And breast is still very hard and painful. I hope i can continue bf and not ready to give up yet. Please advise. TIA.
