Mommys I need help. Gen has a bad upper respiratory infection and her cough is especially bad at night, to where Im literally up all night. Took her to the ER today and got a antibiotic and steroid. I use a cool humidifier because the warm ones make it worse. Try to elevate her head with pillows. Keep her hydrated. And use an all natural cough medicine from Hylands. Also was told to stay away from Vicks for this type of sickness and warm air/steam makes it worse. Im desperate for help. Any other options??
