Monday 6/23 Warm up: 3 rounds 5 push ups 5 jump squats 5 pull ups Work out: 6 rds: 1 min row 1 min burpees 1 min double unders Tues 6/24 Warm up: Run 400m samson stretch shoulder disclocates Work out: 50 Box jump, 24 inch box 50 ball slams 50 Kettlebell swings Walking Lunge, 50 steps 50 Knees to elbows 50 Push press, 45 pounds 50 sit ups 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball 50 Burpees 50 Double unders 6/26 Warm up: Run 400m samson stretch shoulder disclocates Workout: Bear Complex: Without stopping or dropping the bar, complete the following sequence 7 times: Power Clean; Front Squat; Push Press (have bar land behind head, in rear-rack position); Back Squat; Push-Press (have bar land on chest, in front-rack position). Once you’ve completed the sequence seven times consecutively without stopping, drop the bar. Add weight, attempt another sequence of 7. Repeat for a total of 5 rounds
