Monday, August 19, 2013 Accounting Clerk/Data Collectors — Chipata The Read to Succeed Project is a USAID-Funded initiative and is being implemented by Creative Associates International with leading international and local partners. Creative Associates International, Inc. Creative seeks applications from qualified professionals who meet the qualifications for one or more of the following positions: Accounting Clerk/Data Collectors — Chipata Being part of the provincial RTS team, the incumbent performs a range of general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions. The incumbent will also support the RTS provincial team leader in documenting prospect information and data in readiness for analysis and reporting. Under the supervision and approval of the team leader, perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations. Check, verify and process invoices and prepare payments for signature, analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices and Maintain vendor files, assist in month end reporting procedures, and track and audit petty cash, assist with employee expense reports and perform filing and general administrative tasks, collect and document all project information (participant list, number of beneficiaries, etc.), and submit them to the team leader.
