Monday, I had a job interview for a partial job change. I didnt want to say anything until it was official, but I have accepted a job share. I will be working part time on the floor Im on, continuing to do the patient care I love. I will also now be working as an intake coordinator for Mercy, where I will be working in Nursing Admin. part time taking calls from Facilities, clinics to assess and triage patients, and get them lined up with the right docs and right units to be admitted to. :) This will be a great opportunity for me and Im looking forward to this change!
