A young woman’s life is hanging in mortal danger after she was bitten by a cobra while striking a pose for a selfie with the venomous snake in the southern Russian village of Dermontovo, said the report by The Mirror. The man who was offering the service to tourists for an opportunity to take a selfie with the cobra was reportedly arrested by the police. He will face manslaughter if the woman dies, authorities added. The victim was believed to have been convinced by Oliver Matveyev, 34, to take a selfie with his pet, but the cobra struck and bit her before the camera could capture the photo. She was immediately taken to a hospital, but fell into coma later.
