More construction closures are coming to facilitate construction of the Joint Base Connector, which is scheduled for completion this spring: Rainier Gate is scheduled to close Dec. 5-Jan. 5. - Lewis Main traffic will be encouraged to detour via the Logistics Center gate during this closure. Also, Barnes Gate is scheduled to closed Dec. 16 to March 27 to permit construction of a roundabout intersection where the new Joint Base Connector intersects with Barnes Boulevard. The McChord East Gate will be opened to provide a detour during this closure. | Northwest Guardian
