More old melodrama, his life is just always in danger and he has to keep relocating his family: Broken Wing November 21, 2010 BROKEN WING ANNOUNCEMENT My wife Dawn and I want to thank all of you for your support and prayers during the past few days. I am please to announce that my wife and I are on the road to reconciliation. It will take time and not be easy, but we both desire to work things out. I give thanks and praise God for His love and the holy spirit concerning this matter. Dawn will be at my side tomorrow as we submit our complaint with the Arizona Superior Court in and for the County of Maricopa in our attempt to stop the continued harassment and threats perpetrated by our critics and those acting in concert with them against my family and I and individuals associated with Broken Wing. It is our belief that recent threats made against us are credible and for that reason we have decided to re-locate Dawns daughter, Heather, to keep her out of harms way. Legal counsel has recommended that we temporarily suspend taking in any more birds until we are sure that the threats against us no longer exists or have no merit. We have previously committed to bringing home two birds, one form Dallas and one from Oklahoma which we already made provisions for concerning their their safety. Our corporate sponsors want assurances from my wife and I that their is no pending divorce and we plan to meet with them within the next two weeks depending on everyones holiday schedule. The acquisition of the Cave Creek building will also be suspended until we receive the final ruling from the court concerning our harassment complaint directed towards our critics. Our financial benefactors also want assurances that their gift to us personally will not be involved in a divorce litigation battle. My wife and I plan to meet with them this week to provide them with this assurance. To satisfy our sponsors and our benefactors, Dawn will be second in command of Broken Wing in the event of my death. I know we have lost a lot of support because of the drama of all of this. It is possible that was the motive and intention of our critics all along. I want ALL of you to know that I really did my best to turn the other cheek with the hopes that they would just go away. Our critics refused and now have escalated their online attacks implying that something will happen to me personally within the next nine (9) days. They are also currently stating that the feds are going to pick me up. That allegation is untrue. I have been in communication with the Phoenix office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation twice in the past three days. Also, the Phoenix Police Department is keeping an eye on our residence for anything out of the ordinary and made provisions that if I call 911, the police will be at our home within minutes even if I do not say anything over the phone. Our critics have gone to far in their online attacks not only with me and my family but anyone else that disagrees with them. It is time that someone steps up to the plate and try to stop the terror that these few mis-guided individuals are inflicting on so many others. I have decided to step up to that plate.
