More training variations! Jumping chin ups is something I love, as it not only helps increase muscular endurance, but is also a great start for those who cannot yet do full pull-ups yet as it adds momentum/self assistance; or ill even do a few after hitting failure on a proper set. Hitting the muscle in different ways is great for growth and challenges. I find them a great addition on plyo or cardio days as well! - curls, pretty standard, just added a slight pause at the top fr an extra squeeze! Giver a whirl!
