Morning Prayer for July 1, 2013 Most Holy and Wise God, We start this first day of July giving glory, honor and praise to Your divine name. O God, we know that Your grace and mercy have brought us thus far and we are truly grateful. Father, we will continue to look to the hills from whence cometh our help knowing ALL our help comes from You, o God, who made the heavens and the earth. Truly, You are the God of all, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love You and keep Your commandments. Every good and perfect gift comes to us from Your precious and powerful hand. Lord God, we thank You for all that we have received. Lord God, we ask that You would bless us so that we can be a blessing to others. Lord God, we ask that You would fill our houses with Your Peace and Your Divine Presence. Give us, O God, wisdom to make the right decisions in every situation so that You can prosper us in all that we do throughout the month of July. Give us favor in all of our relationships, with family, friends and coworkers. Help each of us to be a testimony of Your love to everyone around us. Fill our lives with Your purpose we pray in the name of Jesus. Help us find joy in every day, even in the smallest things. According to Your word, surround us with Your favor as with a shield, and guard our going out and coming in. We declare in accordance to Psalm 91 that we shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flieth by day, nor of the pestilence that walketh in darkness, nor of the destruction that layeth waste at noonday. A thousand shall fall at our side, and ten thousand at our right hand, but it shall not come near us. Only with our eyes shall we behold and see the reward of the wicked. Because we have made the LORD, who is our refuge, even the Most High, our habitation, there shall no evil befall us, neither shall any plague come near our dwellings. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit and empower us to walk in the fullness of our destiny. This is our pray in the mighty and magnificent name of Jesus. Amen!
