Morning...Today is prayer Wednesday and I thought I would share this message that a lovely friend sent me...Thanx Mai Bradley(Abigail) "Hallo dear.l trust l find u well.l noticed you use the word "kid" interchangeably with child..maybe this will be helpful.A "kid" by defination is a young one of a goat.Nothing wrong with that many say..But being the Christian woman l know..its not biblical.In fact from Genesis right up to Jesus Christ the bible calls them children,sons or seed(Psalm 127v3-4, Psalm 128v3.There is POWER in words.On the contrary..goats represent the opposite of sheep..yes their character is particularly of concern;unruly,untameable,loud,stubborn,never satisfied .Matthew 25v 33-46 puts into perspective how goats are viewed by Jesus Christ n their significance Spiritually n in Gods Kingdom.l knw your sons have meaningful names becoz u knw the power in a name..so freely l received and l pass on to u.We were struggling with children n their character until God taught us the above and that everytime l called them "kids" they behaved thus..lndeed when we changed what we called them,they became calm n disciplined(took character of sheep).Thats when l realised l was perishing becoz of ignorance.But God is good n he instruct,corrects n rebukes in love.l pray its helpful.Stay blessed"
