Morning after my return to BodyCombat: 1. Made it through the whole class, with a lot (and I mean a lot) of intensity variation - on the less side. 2. Push ups are really hard again 3. Outterpost tissue gets in the way when I round house knee (that has to go!) resulting in a smaller ROM and less rotation. 4. My butt hurts 5. All the postural muscles in my back hurt 6. My abs hurt 7. My core is amazingly strong! It was hard, but totally do-able. I wasnt drenched in sweat, and have a ways to go before I can work at an intensity that will result in that. I did sweat, I did breathe heavy and hard and I definitely felt the endorphins kick in.
