Morning everyone, Right its Monday and Winter has its icy-talons unsheathed....2 things that generally suck big-time. However if you start the week well then who knows what you could achieve by Tuesday, Wednesday and beyond :-)!! Heres a cheeky little Monday Challenge to get you in the mood, its a full-body workout with cardio too so good value. 1) Rower 1000m (200m steady, 200m sprint repeat....) 2) Incline Dumbell Fly straight into Incline Dumbell Press- 15,15 reps-2 sets 3) Dumbell Pullover straight into 1 armed Dumbell Row (both sides)- 15, 15(15) reps 4) Leg Press (of choice) straight into Leg Extension- 20, 20 reps- 2 sets 5) Abs: Crunch straight into Reach for toes straight into Reverse Crunch- 20, 20, 20 reps for 3 circuits 6) X-trainer- 10 mins (1 min lower resistance eg. 6, 1 min higher resistance eg. 12 plus) 7) Lateral raise straight into Dumbell Shoulder Press- 15, 15 reps- 2 sets 8) Dumbell Hammer Curl straight into Dumbell Kickbacks- 15, 15 reps, 2 sets 9) Treadmill- Interval sprints- 1 minute jog/walk....1 minute fast run/sprint for a total of 6-12 minutes Have a good one guys....
