Morning everyone we want to say thankyou to everyone for the ongoing support we are so proud to be able to say that we are a non profit charity and that every penny raised will help the neonatal units buy equiptment and to make family life easier for families going through this and to support families that have been through this very difficult situation. This is why we share our daughters story with the facebook community to raise awareness of the reasons why we have set this charity up Matilda is our driving force for this and we want our difficult situation to make this better for others. I as a mother have struggled and still struggle emotionally to come to terms with what has happened yes we have a wonderful beautiful baby girl amd she is doing marvelously,but you strugle to deal with the guilt of your body failing you the whys why did it happen to our child why should all of these poor babys have to deal with so much so early in their lifes. Why is there not more done to support these families to deal with this. We are making plans to set up a service that helps as there isnt anything in the local area. More information will follow. It is such a shame that even though we are trying to do something good out of our situation it has been brought to our attention by another preemie mum that has sadly had an even worse experience than us,that there are people out there that think we have sold our story and are making money for ourselves out of this bad situation I would like to reassure all of our followers that this is not the case the only time we have been in the news is the local paper to raise awareness of our charity. We are aranging meetings this week with the unit manager from the alexandra hospital to donate for the cpap machine. Update to follow.
