Morning friends! Tis my rest day . aka think about training all day, day. I will use it to focus on enjoying some things I cannot have next week while doing a trial cutting week. Like sweet potatoes, and my jasmine rice, etc :( le sigh. Its ALL for good things. Were basically doing an experiment to see how my body changes and learn what works and doesnt for when I do a real cutting phase in spring. Ill be using the holidays to bulk. No problem there :p. Whats on tap for you?
