Moroccan Spiced Lamb Something New to try out for Eid. Leg of Lamb. washed and Drained. makes slashes through the meat both sides. Spices. freshly toasted and grounded Dry red chillies, salt, cumin, black pepper, dried garlic, dried ginger, cloves, cinnamon, & bay leaf. Rub the lamb both sides. Now add Preserve lemon slices in between the slashes both side, use fresh lemon is you cant get hold of preserve lemon. Wrap in cling film and leave in fridge bottom self, for 24 hours or more. Cook in preheated oven 180 for 4 hours. Adjust time to your oven temperature. Enjoy with selection of salads Couscous or vegetable pilau. Enjoy Eid with a Feast
