Most of you will be very interested to hear that we may have a few new aircraft joining our collection over the next few weeks to months. However, nothing is set in stone so it is possible that nothing may come of this, as we are still in the early stages of talking with the owners. Hopefully though, we will be able to get at least one of the aircraft and hopefully it will be at this years Aviation Appreciation Day. The aircraft include a jet fighter that is currently being restored to flight (ex US Marines) and two medium sized piston transport aircraft that can currently fly, after inspections. So let the guessing begin! This is also the perfect time for all of you non-members to come out and join us. If you do not have any aviation experience, that is perfectly fine. All you need to have is a willingness to learn. Plus there are many jobs around the hangar that require no aviation experience.
