Most schools in this part of the country have armed police or deputies at the school. This has been gong for many years. some people will not like this, but after integration was in for a good number of years, the school kids, black and white kind of went nuts. With out some one with authority schools would have to shutdown. You can be your own judge, Was it integration? Was it because teachers could not discipline? was ii because the kids would not behave? Take your pick, but it has happened anyway.
