“Motivate Me Workshop” October 19, 2013 – One of our Guest Speakers will be Jordan Sneed. Jordan Sneed “The Lease-Up Guy” is a dedicated sales trainer in the multi-family profession. Jordan started in the profession at the age of eighteen as a Community Assistant (CA) for Student Housing at Texas Southern University. It was here that he received the unquenchable passion for the multi-family profession, and his desire to help others excel in their career choice. Jordan has worked with amazing veterans in the apartment profession, and developed his skills as a Multifamily Sales Trainer. Jordan currently holds the National Apartment Leasing Professional Designation (NALP), Certified Apartment Managers Designation (CAM), NAA Advance Instructor Trainer Designation (AIT), and is currently pursuing the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor Designation (CAPS). Jordan is a constant student of learning about the latest trends in the Multi-family Profession. He also is the Founder of The Lease-Up Guy Sales Seminars, Leap360 SGL (Same Gender Loving) Professional Association, an Education Faculty Member for Houston Apartment Association, Chapter President of Theta Chi Psi Fraternity Incorporated - Beta Chapter, Board Member of M.E.N. Incorporated, a member of National Forensics League, Sigma Pi Alpha a scholastic fraternity, and a former Texas Southern University Speech and Debate Team member.
