Mountain Fitness, the group that owned School Hill Wellness in Weed wanted us to share this with you: The Boles Fire destroyed School Hill Wellness, Physical Therapy has moved to The Wellness Center in Mt. Shasta. Our hearts go out to the residents of Weed and all of the people who are experiencing pain and loss. We invite our Weed members to stop by the Wellness Center in Mt Shasta or contact Linda V. at 926-6010. We would love to see you or hear how you are doing. All members have access to our other facilities. Weed members may put their membership on hold without a hold fee. Studies have shown that exercise can help decrease feelings of frustration and sadness.
