Move of the day: PiYo Push-Up This move will strengthen your core, tone triceps, glutes, well, entire body. Stand on back of the yoga mat with aligned posture. Roll down one vertebrae at a time by scooping lower Ab. Walk with hands, 1-2-3 to the plank position. Neutral spine. Tricep push-up 3 times. First with right leg up, second worth left leg up, and third with both feet on the floor. Elbows right by the rib cage to achieve good tricep push-ups. Dont flare elbows out. Walk aback with hands towards feet, 1-2-3. Roll up one vertebrae at a time by scooping lower Ab. As soon as standing, chair pose or squat. Knees straight on heels. Chest up. Repeat whole thing 4-8 times.
