Would you like to take your balancing work into a deeper realm of mind/emotion/body realignment? Do you have entrenched issues that, despite balancing work, remain locked into your body at a core level? Do you have repeated aches and pains that you would like to “get to the bottom of” enabling you to live fully and joyfully? Would you like to experience a natural flow in your mental, emotional and physical being in your everyday life? The Movement Re-Education course reaches simply and deeply into the body and its holding patterns, helping muscles affected by stress and injury to release learned responses and replace them with free movement. This re-education frees us to move forward, in harmony with our imagination and goals, standing with ease on a physical foundation of whole body coherence. What is Movement Re-education? An expanded learning menu for the Structure Realm in the In-Depth balance A series of complete balances to take your balancing work to a deeper level of brain and body connection Based on muscles that you will recognize from your Brain Gym training and Touch for Health modules A powerful yet simple way of releasing deeply held patterns in the body which block us from moving forward A menu that allows you to work with a panorama of issues, from the psychological to the physical, engaging all levels of the mind/body system A major addition to stress release work The techniques are easily learnt and can be applied to any muscle and many types of muscle release and re-education work. The muscle balancing work, within a goal, opens the door to change, even for seemingly intransigent emotional and learning issues. The Trainer: Kay McCarroll is a highly experienced bodyworker who has been using Educational Kinesiology, Touch for Health and Hyperton X for 30 years.
