Movement is the essence of life and in other words dynamic state represents life force and static formation attributes death . Dynamic state in cosmos is motivated by micro and macro vibrations and it is macro vibration tendency which goverens the simple harmonious movement from one point to another and back making cyclical movements prominently among wildlife and in a comparatively scale among primitive communities. The glaring examples of such movement are Monarch butterflies, Salmons , elephants , Wild beasts etc and these examples cover entire animal Kingdom. The travelling path for the community making cyclical movement need to be kept free from all types of external interference and any abnormal component creeping in the way may trigger a violent and disruptive action. To save such situations wildlife experts advocate for wildlife corridors joining different sanctuaries. To what serious turn this problem can take is reflected in the man and animal conflict where a number of poor tribals lost precious life due to disruptive action of wild tuskers .Erstwhile state of Sarguja like other ruling states maintained a herd of elephants for royal pomp pageantry functions and after indian independence this herd was moved to Dolton ganj (Palamoo) where they were kept in a captive sanctuary. These elephants and their later generations make a cyclic movement between Palamoo and their ancestral place at Rakammada in Sarguja district and back, and this continued without a flutter of leaves till human interference in the shape of large coal mines and water reservoirs, hydel projects appeared on the scene disrupting the elephants cyclical routes. These disruptions made the tuskers violent and resulted into a major human tragedy with the loss of lives, mostly tribals leaving in the circuit. Since at this stage it is simply not possible to shift large dams or capital intensive coal mines, the loosers are tuskers who incidentally are not ready to forego the inherited biological cyclical movements and lack the art of diplomatic compromising.
