Mr. Klepadlo’s Accounting class of the Camden High School Business Technologies Department conducted it’s 2014 Accounting Apprentice Challenge modeled after the popular television show staring Donald Trump. For the challenge, the class was broken up into two teams of students. Each team was required to sell lemonade in Camden High School during their lunch periods. In addition, each team was required to market, sell and keep track of all accounting records for their lemonade business. Overall the event was successful and the students raised over $500 from the sale of lemonade. The teams decided to donate the profits to the Wanderer’s Rest Humane Association, the Rome Humane Society and the Relay for Life.
