Mr. Pawan Kalyans Political Discourse: If anybody has keenly followed his speech one can find certain strands of Marxism...From his speech we can assume that he considers the ruling Government to be oppressor and the entire Telugu speakers are oppressed because they did not handle the project of state bifurcation properly...Let us suppose if UPA Govt. was not the ruling Govt. now, rather some other Government was there or say even YSR is alive today how this bifurcation process would have been handled or atleast is it going to be bifurcated? Nobody knows and nobody has clarity on the issue until UPA proceeded with state bifurcation..True Politician in Mr. Pawan Kalyan comes here where he was silent on the subject before he announced his party, atleast he never disagreed with his brother for his Samaikyandra stand..... Now, he touches upon the subject of development and this is here we find Marxist argument of False Consciousness. What I mean by False Consciousness is, he is trying to convince people to not waste their energies by focusing on regional animosities rather on addressing social inequalities, development etc., by defeating Congress Government alone as if no other party is responsible...Further he becomes a bit emotional and challenges, Government at the center to not dare to rake up divisive politics in the state, here he is blaming Congress cum TRS parties accusing them for inflaming emotional divide between people of both regions... Entire discourse of his political party seems to me is to defeat ruling government because of state bifurcation in AP is completely based on how Congress party utilized peoples feelings, as an opportunity to gain mailage in the upcoming elections....He could have used this Marxist False consciousness argument to good effect had he linked the people to not forget about real issues like class conflicts, unemployment, price rises, corruption and slow economic growth so forth and so on. However, he started his discourse on a good note but his contempt for Congress made his ideological discourse fizzled out somewhere in the middle...In this political war of attrition your ideological discourse has to be further strengthened otherwise this party also achieves the same fate as his brothers...
