Mr Speaker, in todays 60 seconds with Elias Chipimo Jnr, we talk about NAREPs vision for Universities. 1. We shall establish a fund for the upgrading and rehabilitation of universities across the country. 2. We will establish a revolving fund of student loans to assist with tuition payments for every Zambian that cannot afford to pay for university. 3. We shall promote greater private sector involvement in the provision of university education in every part of Zambia.
