Mrs. Jannett Howard, age 75 of Jasper, passed away at Northside Cherokee Hospital in Canton on April 14, 2014. She is survived by her husband; Clifford Howard, sons; Jimmy Howard, Timmy Howard, Adam Howard, Terry Howard, daughters and sons-in-law; Betty Smith, Judy & Danny Buckner, Darlene McBee, Janice & Matthew Blackwell, sisters; Erlene Burden, Wynell Morris, Lorene Perry, Lucille Evans, 19 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11am until 10pm, Thursday from 8am until 10pm and again on Friday from 8am until prior to the funeral hour. Funeral services are scheduled for 2pm on Friday at Sound of Liberty Assembly in the Westside community located in Dawson county with Rev. Ben Howard officiating. The interment will follow in Lake Forest Memorial Park.
