Multiple intense cells now moving into the Central Valley, a large intense cell entering the Bay and one just coming ashore over Santa Cruz - Salinas. There is also a significant one in southern Merced, northern Madera counties. Localized flooding expected and there may be increased winds with these cells. The already saturated soils are leading to numerous slides and downed trees Chain controls up on I-80 at Nyak to Donner Lake interchange. I-80 E/b at Donner summit may be closed N/b Hwy 99 south of Red Bluff, single lane due to flooding Hwy 193 at Rock Creek, EL Dorado County 1 land due to slide Hwy 162 at county road Z in Glenn countycl osed due to flooding Hwy 18 near Hesperia closed from Hwy 138 to Crest Forest.
