Murad Saeed ( Official ) on the behalf of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) filed application in Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Wednesday, seeking details of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s nomination papers in order to disqualify him. PTI MNAs Murad Saeed and Ali Muhammad filed application in the ECP Islambad Office, saying that the PM did not fulfill qualification criteria set in Article 62 and Article 63 of the Constitution. The application reads that Nawaz Sharif went abroad after striking 10 year exile deal with Pervez Musharraf, while at the same time lied to the nation about the same. It also argued that Nawaz Sharif was convicted in Asghar Khan case, and found involved in Mehran Bank scandal.
