Murph- a few standards- Pull-Ups: FULL extension (not almost) and chin OVER the bar (not near the bar) Push Ups: Chest Touches Ground- Arms LOCK OUT (not almost) we can check your form if you have any questions Air Squats: gymnasticswod/content/squat get BELOW parallel, Stand ALL the way up (use a ball or box to get below). Ask a coach or another athlete to check your depth if not sure- We are doing Murph as a remembrance of the hero, out of respect for him suffer just a little extra and make every single rep PERFECT! You might finish dead last but you will have finished with integrity knowing you adhere to standards, sounds very simple! Plus have some fun too!
