Museveni should stop using state funds, taxpayers monies to finance medal ceremonies for his sycophants and NRM stoogies. Anything that lacks national character and is partisan, should be financed by the political parties themseles.Instead of raiding our national treasury for such funds, he should turn to parties abroad that are friendly to NRM,to get funding for example the North Korean communist party, which is close to NRM and has similar ideology. They know what is happening in Uganda is awful. Yet they don’t want to condemn it for fear of losing their privileges. They know their children or grandchildren may end up jobless, landless and homeless or could be sacrificed or included in human trafficking. Elsewhere Ugandans are losing their land as a result of incorporating large chunks into municipality without owners’ agreement.
