Mushroom lasagna Two portobello mushrooms cleaned and the insides spooned out a bit. Lightly misted with olive oil. Cook for about 5 minutes at 350. Pan cook some extra lean ground beef with onions and garlic. Layered 1/3C of ricotta/cottage cheese on each mushroom, topped that with 1/3C of ricotta and cottage cheese mixed half and half, spread 1/4C each of crushed tomatoes and then added 2TBS of mozzarella cheese to each one. Baked 350* for about 10 minutes then put on broil to brown. Dont cook mushrooms to long to begin with or they lose their shape. Layers r as such: 1st Ricotta/Cottage Cheese 2nd meat push into the cheese 3rd sauce (plain tomato paste would be yummy 4th low fat cheese Fixers: 1R, 1G, 1B 1/2 P
