My 16 year old son has been arrested on cell phone robbery charges (felonies) given $65,000 bail, shown 2 different people said to be him, and identified by three different "victims". The interesting part of all this is with all the technology that we have, such as cell phone tower records, camers outside every train station, etc. my 16 year old son who has never been arrested before now has to wait in a jail cell until "our" judicial system figures it all out. with a court date in late december it seems like my son can forget about a high school graduation next june. Where are our community leaders? All i want us justice and a fair trial that is almost impossible for young african american men:(
