My 3rd batch of nut butter. Its the first time Ive tried a nut combo. This is 2 cups cashews, 1 cup macadamias, and a handful of bulk walnuts, plus a handful of bulk almonds. It went very easily, and turned out the texture of cake batter. No added oil or sweetener. Im hoping it will thicken a little as it sets in the fridge. I cleaned the container by adding 1.5 cups of water, a tbsp or so of coconut oil, some vanilla, and some stevia drops. Im hoping this will be good in coffee. Ill let you know later.
