My Avon Motivators, Thank you! Some of you may not even know how much you inspired me in my Business Journey. Ive been part of #Avon since 2010 but truly dedicated myself to my business on Jun 18, 2012. JUST 9 months into coming back to Avon i made, Presidents Club with over 10, 200 in sales and was awarded BEST NEW PERFORMER AWARD which is presented to each District’s new PRP member with the highest Award Sales that cycle at our Presidents Club Gala. In 2012, during Hurricane Sandy Avon launched their #avonmakeupmaven contest. I made my video tutorial and as i submitted... BAM... lights go out. I was heart broken. However, my video was eventually submitted and maybe about a month or so after my DSM at the time Kathy Duelley calls me with news -- I was chosen as District 2881s Makeup Maven [which goes great alongside my Licensed Cosmetologist title--just saying]! I was excited, everyone doubted my Avon business could benefit me, however when i lost my job my AVON business income kept me afloat. Around that time i started a team in order to help others build their own business, however that didnt go too well at first because i couldnt find enough people who also believed in their self as i believed in myself. However, soon after with the help of my Upline Julie Alpaugh Mills and my new DSM Coleen Gray-Hay i pushed my recruiting efforts full force. I am now proud to say i have once AGAIN made Presidents Club and i am now also a UNIT LEADER! God is Great! Thank you all for your support, my wonderful team [ill be giving us a name soon hehehe], my upline, my DSM, my MOM Guadalupe Hunter-Mercado for being the best helper anyone can ask for and pushing me to never give up on my business, and of course to all my customers because without your support this wouldnt be possible.
