My Body and all its organs were created by the infinite intelligence in my subconscious mind. It knows how to heal me. Its wisdom fashioned all my tissues, muscles and bones. This infinite healing presence is transforming every atom of my being making me whole and perfect now. I am thankful for the healing that is taking place now. Wonderful are the works of the creative intelligence within me Since I first started experiencing tendinitis I have been repeating this mantra/affirmation each and every day 1-9 times per day. I channel this healing energy, with feelings of complete gratitude & love. I am happy to say that my arms are feeling 100% better! I want to thank everyone for their love, guidance and support! Especially @primal_sydney for sharing this mantra with me and helping me to harness the power of my thoughts to heal my body ❤️ Its been a while since I have attempted handstand as I was giving my body time to heal. Today I (after an amazing back bending class @jivamuktiyogasydney) this happened... Not only did I come up into handstand for a personal best time of 48seconds AND finish off in straddle, I also controlled my breath and felt strong! These train tracks symbolise the journey.
