My Dear Friends... What could possibly help? That’s the question I’ve come to ask you today, and I beg you to allow me to elaborate in this letter which follows... I don’t have to tell you that our planet is facing an important moment. From ISIS to ebola to other crises around the globe, everywhere we look we see difficulty, challenge, travail. Worse, in too many places we actually see violence and war. If ever our world needed help, it’s now. The question is: What could possibly help? The answer is: A new way of looking at life. A new idea about who we are as a species and why we are here and what the purpose of life really is. Yet where would such a new idea come from? The answer is: You. Yes, you—if you make a choice to join with me in helping people all over the world become more aware of the life-changing messages of Conversations with God. I’m not sure that you know exactly what the Conversations with God Foundation does; that it supports and energizes programs that place the life-changing messages of CWG on the ground, both locally in the city we call home, and globally, with a reach that extends around the world: Books for Friends – Providing copies of the CWG books to persons who are in jail, and others who can’t afford them. CWG Helping Outreach – The healing ministry of the Foundation, with a team of Spiritual Helpers who respond within 24 hours to persons facing major life challenges who post on its website seeking spiritual guidance based on CWG. The Haven – A cultural and healing arts center serving our home community of Ashland, Oregon with a wide variety of educational programs and activities (grief recovery, CWG study group, yoga classes, personal spiritual coaching, and much more), making them available to persons of low income (retired, students, those facing financial challenges) for tiny admission fees as a means of sharing the messages of Conversations with God in practical ways. This is also the Foundation’s Meet & Greet Center, where visitors from around the world may connect with us when visiting Ashland. CWG for Parents – A global outreach of the School of the New Spirituality, which I created as a means of carrying the CWG messages to children by providing parents special child-ready resources and guidance. We also produce four spiritual renewal retreats every year, to which people travel from around the world to spend three days in personal interaction with me around the CWG material. The retreats are self-supporting through participation fees. But the above programs are not admission-based, and therefore require funding from direct contributions. You may designate any of the programs listed here to receive a Christmas gift from you this year, and we would be so grateful if you did. Just go to the link below and select the program that resonates with you. Or simply choose “Foundation Administration” as the category for your donation and your contribution will be divided equally among these programs, with 5% allocated to ongoing administrative costs (phone, postage, office rent, salaries for our three employees, etc.) Here is that link - cwg.org/index.php?page=donate - and all you have to do is click on this link and choose the amount you desire to share, and in the comments section put in the program you wish to support, or leave blank and we will share equally with all. Please put us in your Christmas stocking this year. It would mean so much in helping us to continue to share the message that has touched your own life in such a positive way. Even the most modest gesture can go further than you might imagine. So thank you in advance for giving this some thought, and for following the impulse of your heart. To be Santa’s Helper this year as you think of the wonderful benefits that CWG could bring to those who might be encountering it for the first time, just go to the link above and choose the amount you wish to gift us, either one-time or as a recurring gift. We are all blessed by you and our staff thanks you. Sending love and hugs... Neale Donald Walsch
