My ENTs nurse just called about my food allergy panel. (3 months after the test mind you :-/ ) On a scale from 0-6 I am allergic to. Wheat = 3 (the only kind of bread ever eat sammiches with smh) Oats = 1 (not much on oatmeal anyway.. Lol) Rice, White & Brown = 3 (gahhh, good bye Shrimp Fried Rice & Mexican Rices :-/ ) Peanuts = 3 ( no more peanut butter jelly time.. Hahaa, seriously, that one sucks, I love peanuts & peanut butter) Soy Beans = 2 ( good thing I dont eat McDonalds.. Haha) Tomato = 3 ( so many things I love with it.., even eatin um raw.. Smh now my BLTs become BLs... With white bread instead of wheat >.< lmao ) White Potato = 3 ( good bye to a lot of good stuff there..., namely potato chips & BBQ loaded baked taters >.< ) Thats it. All in all, not too bad..., maybe now I can get a majority of my gut problems lined out. Positivity folks.. Positivitehhh This is good info for me.
